Description
Woman’s dress or wedding dress in cream corded silk and wool, trimmed with artifical blue forget-me-not flowers. Small, standing collar, princessline with centre front panel of pleated silk satin in shallow v-shaped pleats, fastening on left with cream buttons. Full-length sleeves. Skirt, full-length, flat at front and sides, gathered at centre back to create bustle and fishtail decorated with pleated silk and silk satin bows. Labelled 'Miss Armour'. Worn by Jessie Morrison Inglis at her wedding to Reverend John Baird on 18 March.
